In partnership with Slow Food Phoenix, the Presidium stands behind the oldest sheep breed on the continent and the communities who raise it — supporting Navajo-Churro producers with advocacy, representation, and access to fair, ethical markets. Its aim is to keep this resilient breed and the cultural traditions it carries thriving through responsible stewardship, community collaboration, and the practice of the old ways.
